Those past 10 years have allowed me to see as well as experience many different kinds of Singapore property transactions taking place – from straight-up losses to largest “windfall” capital gains.
It is the only career I ever had since I left formal schooling.
In 2016, I was the top 1% earner at PropNex, one of the biggest real estate firms in Singapore.
But I’m more than just someone who helps people transact real estate. The main reason behind my success is because I’m an investor first, consultant second.
This is often overlooked by home owners when selecting their real estate agent, but it’s very important. Most agents out there are trained to sell, but they don’t really understand the market in-depth because they’re not investors themselves!
In fact, I am grateful to say my knowledge and know-how on property investment has allowed me to own 3 properties in Singapore even before my 32nd birthday.

And that’s what I did. I spent a lot of time analyzing market trends, reading reports like the Singapore Population White Paper and annual Master Plan, and networking with high net-worth property investors.
