The strategy we applied:
Decided on a 3-room unit which is within a certain distance of a good reputable school in that estate.
We noticed how developer reduced the prices due to cooling measures and now the price was very near the developer’s breakeven price.
To be able to purchase near breakeven price will greatly reduce our risk – in the event developer decides to reduce price further if they can’t sell.
