The correct entry price is of paramount importance.
Many people are asking me what they should buy today.
When I get that question, I will always share with them about the correct entry price.
Some of them will ask me: but do you think people will rent that place?
My response to them will always be: if you are buying in at the cheapest price, does it necessarily also mean that you can accept the cheapest rent? Also, when you can accept the cheapest rent, do you think those ready tenants at your neighboring properties will move over to a brand new property to enjoy the perks of being the first tenant staying there and yet pay cheaper rent?
Have you ever seen any place in Singapore with nobody staying inside and completely empty?
If you have not, it means that within the whole of Singapore, every property also has people who want to rent. The question of the matter is only how much rent you are getting.
So, if you buy in at the cheapest price in the whole area and rent it out at the cheapest price in the same area, do you think that you will not be able to rent out your unit?
It is all about the correct entry price. Simple as that.
At this point, if I have triggered your interest, you are very much welcome to contact me if you wish to understand how to find the cheapest price to enter. Believe me, it is only to your advantage to know.
